Dairy products are all processed to hell and back. They're mostly fat, anyways. I'd rather reach for the grains.

Unless you love soy milk, there's no other easy to access grain that gives you calcium coupled with protein comparative to what many dairy products give you. Despite if they're processed or not (what the Hell do you think soy milk is?), they are still good for you. Honestly, outside of soy, I don't know of any grain that gives calcium. However, like I said personally, I won't go near soy products.

As for the original discussion at hand, I do suggest milk as a beauty agent. If you want, do research on it yourself before hand. I'm not saying take a bath in gallons of milk (who does that?) But milk baths are good for your skin with exfoliation.

If I go to my room I will be face to face with one .22 long rifle, which is loaded, btw.

This is why. Seriously, yes your life is not in a place you like right now, but these two are why you need to live. You need to see them grow up. Think back to when you visited them. We all saw it, saw how happy you were. You were overjoyed to share your pictures and experiences with us. If you were gone then their mom would be gone. Sure you don't get to see them as often as you like, but you are still their mom. Don't take that away from them.

I completely agree with this. Why take away some one that they love? You are their mother, and I would say you are probably a good one at that too. Just see them more often if you can.

I sometimes use almond milk. While it doesn't have a huge calcium content it's preferable to risking infertility with soy milk.

Such is true. Your body manufactures the enzymes to digest it as an infant and tapers off as you get older. In a vast number the enzyme content gets reduced to such a low number that digestion of milk becomes a problem, resulting in lactose intolerance. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that one shouldn't enjoy or include milk products in one's diet. In fact, if you are able to still digest milk products, they are good for the body as they contain some decent amount of carbs (hence the lactose, a sugar), as well as a different types of protein, both whey which is quickly digested and casein which is slowly digested.

As for comparing it to grease, its not a bad comparison depending on the fat content of the milk. Grease itself is just a fat with hydrophobic properties. If the milk you use is high in fat content, then it will display a lot of the same hydrophobic "greasy" tendencies and even texture. However, milk is a complex solution made of many different compounds while grease is largely homogenous.

Infertility with soy milk? As far as I'm aware it increases your levels of estrogen, which if you're a male can potentially decrease one's sperm count, but you would still have to consume a decent amount of soy protein continuously to see a decent drop, unless of course you already have a low sperm count. And even then, once you cut the soy out, your level should return back to normal as sperm are generated constantly, they're not like eggs where there is a set amount. As for female, likewise, you would need to consume a great amount of soy for there to be a noticeable effect upon one's fertility unless one already has fertility problems.

I don't like byproducts lowering such fluids in me. Not to mention, soy milk drinking young females (tweens) are hitting puberty much faster than those who do not drink soy milk because of the added estrogen. Such a product is not something I would want in me or anyone else.

This is interesting, because I had recently been shown an article on the early puberty thing and it mentions high consumption of animal protein and dairy products as part of the cause (along with soda, obesity, and inactivity.)

This is the first I hear about soy milk containing estrogen. Can anyone give me some sources? Looks interesting.
