This is like the first thing I actually finish photoshopping in like 10 years. After years of scrapping drawings because I couldn't ink for shit, it turns out the problem wasn't me. Apparently Photoshop is bad for inking. I used a different program and suddenly my lines were beautiful.
Who knew.

I also meant to tell you that I like how you drew the Triforce, and I love the little nose wrinkles. A very cute detail.

Let me clarify: I don't know how it ended up in the #1 spot. I submitted the drawing to Ponibooru myself and it was only 3 hours before someone uploaded it to Bronibooru. Since the Drawfriend posts are daily I figured it would turn up...but not at the top spot. There are much better drawings there, but I guess people really like the idea of Derpy Link and Seth picks the top spot based on his fancy. I mean, he namedrops a fanfic a friend of mine wrote every chance he gets because it involves Trixie, Twilight, and lawsuits. (It IS a good fanfic though. Got 6 stars really fast.)The internet knows. Hell, I'm not complaining. I did have to clean up my DeviantArt account after the traffic spike though. Was full of really old and embarrassing trash that most certainly should not be showing up in my main page.
EDIT: Said friend just showed me this. I lol'd.

The delay is a combination of getting burnt out from churning out so many chapters so fast, and having too many options for where to go next. He had 3 different scenarios for how Twilight would respond to Trixie's request, and was having a hard time picking one. Pretty sure the next chapter is almost done though.
Gravekeeper is actually the one that told me Photoshop sucks for inking, and helped me out whenever I got stuck. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have finished my Derpy drawing. Funny thing, actually - he got the idea for that fanfic from an observation I made about Twilight not using her teleport at crucial times (e.g. when falling to her death.) We started joking that Twilight has performance anxiety and screws up under pressure.
Unrelated but I figured out a good way to rip frames from my 1080p pony episodes, so if anyone has GIF requests I'd be happy to oblige.
