    Greetings, Dreams in Vana'diel posters,

    Thank you for your report that this evening has been extremely boring. I understand how frustrating boredom can be, as I've dealt with boredom myself on my other characters. However, at this time, we are unable to assist you with your boredom, though we hope that you'll be able to enjoy your posting experience regardless.

    If I were to offer a suggestion, you might try responding to this thread to stave off the boredom. Please keep in mind that posting in proper Game Master format will be the only appropriate means to respond to the thread in question.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this difficult problem, and enjoy your posting experience on Dreams in Vana'diel!

    I thank you for your continued patience. I have discussed this matter with the player in question and I have to first of all remind you of our community conduct policy regarding cursing and swearing. It appears that you were using inappropriate language in your last contact with this player.

    I understand your frustration. However, I do want to be fair and impartial and would like to make sure that both parties fully understand the policy to which they agreed to when they signed up with our service.

    Yes, we did find that he had violated the community conduct policy a couple of times and he has since apologized for his actions. He may or may not contact you directly to apologize to you for the incident but I have instituted a temporary account hold on him for 8 hours.

    We feel that this punishment is just and fair given the circumstances.

    May I remind you that you are also beholden to the same policy and have been in violation. Your conduct in that incident involving this player also warrants an account action, but I have decided to let this slide for now in light of the more serious violation on behalf of the other player.
