Yes, every country just dreams of having unemployment skyrocket to 50% over night, especially when it is a largely uneducated and untrained workforce that has been starved to the shady side of death. Other than a war, NK would be the largest drain on government funds South Korea could embark on.

Also most anime is created and produced in Japan, it is only drawn in Korea because they're cheap labor. They also coloured pizza wrong in the early episodes of the Simpsons because they have no clue.

Yeah, last night I had been woken up in the middle of the night, getting ready to go back to bed and then it's like "shake shake shake", and I'm like "ok", and then it's like "rumble rumble SHAKE SHAKE" and I'm like "ooook", and then it's like "SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE RUMBLE SHAKE", and I'm like "this is going to be on the news isn't it".

biggest quake since the 11th, iirc. I should point out though, after the 9.0, there were multiple aftershocks stronger than this (which may be an aftershock itself) for over an hour.
