It's probably because skin isn't as sexy as people imagine it to be. I know I whitewash it with whatever color that person is when I think of them, but seeing their skin up-close and forreal, there's a lot there that's pretty gross.

I think it was mainly to define rape for abortion's sake. If they can keep abortion legal but only in certain cases and then redefine rape, they can prohibit a lot of currently legal abortions.

They can't do anything about abortion without a constitutional amendment that will never pass. Roe v. Wade.

What they're trying to do is only allow federal funding to go to cases of "forced rape". As opposed to, you know, consensual rape.

That is true.

But when some one puts on some clothes such as lingerie, then it gets interesting. I say some one wearing clothing will look much better than some one with out.

Brings to mind 2 instances I've had of this:

I remember the first time a model posed for our drawing class. When we walked in, she was only wearing a robe so I knew what was coming. But, at first, when she took off all her clothes and start posing, I was anxious and distinctly remember being worried that anybody would notice how heavily I was breathing.

By the end of the class, it was just, "Yeah, boobs are drawn like this." Then again, the next day I was repeating the same process albeit to a lesser degree.

As for a clothed example, it doesn't even have to be lingerie really. Or anything special. On our high school class trip, we went to Six Flags. My best friend went on a water raft ride that I didn't want to go on so I waited. He comes back dripping wet with his shirt off. Hate to say it, but I was trying really hard not to look at him.

Actually, I think that was when I started wondering if I "played for the other team" too.

It's in quote as a sarcasm since that's the language they're using. As opposed to consensual rape. LOLOLOLOLOLOL

They talk about the wave of women filling up the upper ranks of management and political offices but this is still a very male dominated society. The laws, customs, heck, religion, are all male oriented.
