Naw, lol. I actually didn't make this one up myself, in fact, someone else used it to describe his (soon-to-be at the time) ex-wife and the way she was putting him through the wringer and I felt that it was such an accurate description of these types of entitled bitches who firmly believe that even without having put a cent down toward the house or anything in it, they deserve everything plus several years of alimony payments. Doubly so if these women don't have kids (or their kids are over 18, as was the woman in question).

I don't understand the mentality. I work for everything, and yeah, it does annoy the shit out of me when people don't work for shit but think they deserve the world handed to them on a silver fucking platter. So yeah, that's pretty much the epitome of a thundercunt, right there.

Prenups are the way to go, if I get married again, that's how it's going to be, whether I have more than my spouse or not. TBH, all marriages should just be that way from the beginning. You get out what you put into it. You made 20k and your husband makes 30k? Then you get 40% of your wealth and he gets 60%, and if that means your bitchass gets to move into an apartment, well, sucks to be you then sweetheart.

I'm one of those women that would get a good chunk of alimony and 1/2 of everything and I fucking deserve it. If my husband left me now I'd be living in a cardboard box because I can't work enough to support myself. I raised his kids and did the PTA/Cub Scout Leader/Girl Scout Leader shit for years. I cooked his meals, took care of his ass, cleaned his house, and put up with his shit. I deserve every fucking penny I get and I'll take that and then some if I can. I've got nearly 30 years into this marriage and if he wants out, he's going to pay me for services rendered.

Rage much? The point Aky & I are making, is that some spouses (almost always the woman incidentally, not trying to be sexist that's just how it tends to go) or even most probably, get more than they deserve out of the divorce, all in the name of "fairness". In reality, it's almost never a fair split of assets/payments etc.

Weren't women supposed to be making more money nowadays than men? Why is it then that they are completely unable to split the bills 50/50 with the "Love of their life"? Why would a woman need to be paid for being married to you, are they selling you a service, charging you for sex or something?

One would start thinking that marriage thing is nothing but legalized prostitution in the end. Remember Paul McCartney's divorce? Man that was painful to watch as a guy.

You need to do your homework. The studies done show that men are the ones that come out better financially after a divorce than women do. A womans family income is usually 37% lower after divorce, according to the US Census Bureau. As for a fair split, you are allowed by law 50% of the assets. Now remember that during a divorce not everything can be split down the middle so some haggling must be done. But in the end the man has to agree to what he is giving away and if its more than 50% then he's the one that gave it away. As for support/alimony that is figured out by %'s. 18% for one child and 23% for 2 and so on. Alimony is only given in certain situations and usually only after 10 years of marriage. A woman that devoted her life to her family and husband and did not work would probably get alimony and maybe even get supplemental payments for schooling and healthcare, but again that all depends on the situation (especially financial), the judge, and the lawyers.

My mum is one of the women who got everything and the kitchen sink and has refused to pay child support to my dad for both of my sisters for the 7 years they have been divorced so far.

it's actually why I have very little free time, my dad can't afford childcare for my youngest sister so I'm stuck going back and forth between going to college which is in a city 80 miles away while trying to do the school run and trying to do my assignments.

Feba's dad forced his mother to join him in bankruptcy, blew all of his money on shiny new things instead of child support, and right now his mother is earning six figures while the last time he heard anything about his father he was in jail threatening to commit suicide.

Basically there's a decent chance Feba's father has been dead for the past year or two and he doesn't know, or particularly care.
