Ok, in Wisconsin lately we've had some rather interesting incidents. First we found out that WI has the highest drunk driving rate in the nation.

But you know what, that doesn't surprise me. Within a couple blocks of my house, and I live in suburbia, there are 12 establishments that serve alcohol...and I could be wrong. There could be more because I don't drink so I don't actually know where they all are. In the city, its worse. How about a 10th owi?

And its no surprise to me that we have a bunch of drunks in this state because even our mailmen get into the act..

We had a mailman that reeked of booze and hit my mailbox on numerous occasions. I'd even see him coming out of the bar at 1pm after his lunch break. I called the post office and complained and told them where he goes for lunch and everything, but he's still on the job and on the same route. I moved.

And if your mailman isn't drunk, he's delivering your packages naked...

And in WI, if you value your life don't answer the phone when you are having sex...

But the top of the "OMG is WI fucked up" cake goes to the woman who bit off her husbands tongue when he tried to kiss her as she sat on the toilet...

Now that doesn't seem too bad but to give the entire thing meaning you should listen to the 911 call:

Now realize that the woman was singing Christmas carols and blowing a New Years horn when the EMT's arrived on the scene...in fact at about 4:00 you'll hear her robustly singing as her husband is trying to talk with no tongue. They played portions of this over and over on the news for a couple of days and I can't imagine that it was to illicit sympathy because every time I heard it I laughed my ass off...

Wow, what was that woman on? She bit his tongue off and grabbed his junk. Imagine if that went the other way around and she bit his junk off and grabbed his tongue. I think it's time to start considering eugenics again.
