      True, but not all ice is equal. I think what he is asking is if this is the exoplanet (it's not, that's Gilese 436 b) where the pressure is so great at points, the water is solidified into ice. This type of ice is called ice VII. Normal ice is Ice Ih.

              It's probably the best the universe has to offer, really, since Ice IX would simply freeze the whole thing (but then again, that's what pocket universes are for) . . .
