Anyone knows how to quickly convert IDX/SUB to SRT?

I have the whole Zatoichi collection but they are raw unsubtitled versions of the movies and the only subtitles I found were IDX/SUBs, I found 2 applications that "convert" to SRT but... it's all manual conversion and it's tiring as all hell...

Any ideas?

Ewww, no idea. But you could try to go to some of the subbers forums and ask there, I'm sure they'd have a good idea.
