        mmmmmm.......cheese........ for Christmas I was given this little wooden box, that unfolds into a small cutting board and has 2 small cheese knifes and a cheese fork....thingy, its awesome ^.^

          Place tortilla chips on plate.
          Place shredded cheddar cheese on tortilla chips.
          Commence consumption.

          That's typically what I do if I want something quick but filling.

            I fixed that for you I think :D. Maybe add some sour cream or salsa on top of that, it's delicious!

              That is not a snack. That is a MEAL, and it is named Macho Nachoes my good sir.

              YM's version is microwavable, whereas proper Macho Nachoes must be cooked in an oven. YM's version can be done in under a minute, whereas Macho Nachoes take around 10 minutes to become properly fucking delicious.

                  I agree with the addition of salsa wholeheartedly!

                  But Feba is right, the microwave ones are ok in a pinch but to be truly delicious you must toast the chips in a 400 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. Then sprinkle the chips with cheese (and jalapenos if you like) and put the broiler on for 1-2 minutes. And finally dip in salsa (and sour cream if you want the extra calories lol) and enjoy!

                    Call me weird if you think so, but I don't even bother putting the snack in the microwave. I just eat it as is, cold. I actually have preference to non-melted cheese, straight out of the refrigerator, over melted cheese.

                      I believe you meant to say 350 for 8-13. Patience is a virtue. And cheese goes on before you put it in the oven.

                              Technically you can always cook the meat prior to making it and put it in the fridge. Then just put it all together and nuke it for 1-2 minutes and voila, nearly instant Macho Nachoes. :D
