Bout 1am-5am is the best time to see the shower tonight. It'll shower tomorrow also, but tonight is the best night to see them. It's a little cloudy here though which happenes everytime there's a meteor shower >.<

I read about this, but the article didn't say where. The west coast? East coast? All of North America?

It's the Perseid Meteor shower. It's a quite common one actually. You see it best in the Northern Hemisphere. I think the UK has the best vantage points.
