Hate to break it to you, but Gundam sucks, especially the crap they're showing Monday nights on Syfy.

It is dubbed.........................Need I say more? LOL I had seen all of the Gundam 00 episodes, both seasons, and then I tried to watch them on Syfy and immediately changed the channel. I used to like dubs, and then I watched Banner of the Stars and omfg I couldn't watch that anime dubbed or subbed, I kept falling asleep AT THE SAME DAMN EPISODE AND SCENE!

Speaking of Gundam, isn't the new Gundam Unicorn supposed to revisit UC?

So, retelling the plot in an almost immediate play-by-play manner through conversation between characters isn't something they do in the dubbed version? Because, it really makes the animation in Japanese animation kind of pointless when I can close my eyes and completely understand what's going on.

Why? Pikachu is an awful Pokemon. Why should he prevail all the time using an awful Pokemon?

Because at least he's not a starter Fire-type pokemon.

And Pikachu is cute, therefore very marketable. Spoink never had a chance.

Actually...I've never paid attention to that, but yeah they do that in all the Gundam series because it is pretty much necessary at times. There are plenty of times when I get confused by the names of the factions and the characters in them, I even think the characters get confused as to which side they are really on sometimes. They do it in other animes too but Gundam seems to do it in every episode at times. I think I liked Gundam 00 because it was setup similar to Gundam Wing. There are still a few series that I haven't watched, and I'm planning on watching Gundam V and Gundam X sometime in the future.

However, unless you can speak japanese you wouldn't be able to watch with your eyes closed (In a non dub). There were times back when I used to watch dubbed anime (Like you Gundam SeeD) that I would go off doing something else while the sound played and come back and know exactly what is going on. I can't do that when I watch subbed versions, with that I have to rewind or stop it while I go do other things.

Sorry, but the game character designs (which the Pokemon Special manga adheres to) are superior to the anime. May is practically a carbon copy of the GBA version, but Misty? No way.

All the main characters just look better in the games

I lol'd at how May was doing the exact same pose except with a poke ball.

They made Lt. Surge look like a hulking beast in the anime lmfao, and Blaine is bald as hell. Giovanni looks pretty much the same though. He looks more like a boss with his Team Rocket jacket on, than Dr. Claw with his cat.

I do agree, they do look better.

The BGA version with May, I think it was Crystal? Is the only pokemon game I have that I've seen the characters from the show as well, so I assumed they were the same.
