Three more wishes:
(hey, why not?)

1) The ability to recall, in perfect detail, every good story I've ever read, heard, saw, or played.

2) 10 extra hours per day which only I have, and I may only use to further my memories of wish #1 (reading, watching movies, playing games). My body will not age for these 10 extra hours/day. Nor will they make me tired.

3) To be Taskmage's perfect friend (we may both have to develop vaginae for this; apparently it would increase the value of our relationship four-fold).

You mean two-fold, or four times over. Four-fold is sixteen times over. If I had unlimited wishes, one would be that people would stop abusing the term "x-fold" to mean "x times over," when it actually means "2^x times over."

yes some parts are slightly overgrown and unkempt all depends on how good the maintenance reigeme is. Now the smooth clear areas are always the best

Wish #1, ability to alter time/space so I could change the outcomes of my past.
Wish #2, Telekenisis Moving things with my mind/reading minds = yes!
Wish #3, Enough money that I could spend it all frivalously and still have too much to spend left over. (Bruce Wayne style ) Or a more serious version, enough money that I could take care of my whole family for life.
