So I have a teeny problem. Recently, there were a lot of great game sales I couldn't pass up. Then I rediscovered the joy that is the library. So here is the problem:
To my right, I have a stack of books. There are ten books in the stack, and they are about a foot tall total. Additionally, I have two books on hold, and another book I didn't put on hold that I am planning on reading.
Additionally, I have around 15-20 hours of audiobooks I would like to listen to. On top of that, there is a single 33 hour audiobook at my library I intend to listen to someday for the lulz.
And then I have the games. Beyond Good and Evil, ZOE, ZOE2, DMC2, DMC3, and Gun. On top of those, I have Baroque and KHreCOM on hold at the library, and I would still like to try to complete Bit.Trip BEAT.
After all of that, there are more games I intend to buy, such as Majora's Mask, World of Goo, Secret of Mana, Super Mario World, Persona 4, MadWorld, etc. And of course there are upcoming releases I am interested in.
and while all of this is going on, my DVR is collecting shows I like to watch, which are usually hour long shows (Daily Show/Colbert Report, Monk, Top Gear, House), and DS/CR especially I prefer to watch within a day or two while they're still fresh.
So, guys, I need advice. I can listen to the audiobooks and watch TV while I exercise, which should save time, but books and games need my full attention. Should I just plow through all of the books, or should I switch off? Should I try to blast my way through the games (most of which should be pretty short), or should I keep them there for when the pile of words (WORDS OH MY GOD WORDS I AM UP TO MY KNEES IN WORDS) starts to drive me insane?
Most of the books are due back by the end of the month, but that's not terribly important as I can renew them three times, and do it online. I'm not sure how long the library will hold the games and books for me. I am pretty sure the games cannot be renewed, so they take precedence over the games I already own; but I do not want to stop BG&E in the middle to start Baroque-- how long is BG&E, abouts? And no, you cannot talk me out of playing, watching, or reading any of these; I have my reasons.
halp.
