      Sure, the Chinese oppose and forbid this type of activity... I bet they still examine the data (for evidentiary purposes of course) and then punish the perpetrators by the nations new most popular method--that execution bus thing. Who needs to see a body, right? I'm sure the Chinese government can be trusted just like the American one!
