Oddly enough, I went to the Sushi Kan today (love that place) and Plum Wine was listed on the booze menu!

The only thing that struck me as strange was the Hot Sake...

I thought Sake was served chilled/room temperature?

I love sake, I can do hot or chilled, but I prefer chilled, with a Asahi on the side... Mmmm...

Super-cold Sake is coooool... so cold, it makes its own snowcone!
