Ok, I knew that song sounded familiar. Didn't realize that was the video for it. The song sounds Russian in origin (Moscow, Russia, etc...), but the language sounded German from what I heard. Was that a remake of an original song or something? I would date that video in like the late 70s, just from blind guessing.
