I just like the part on the picture that says "No Baths". Apparently bathing makes you overweight.

And some places are actually using leeches again after the reattachment of limbs to drain the excess blood.

No doubt... and I'd more believe that TGM would have them in the cupboard than the bathroom -- Wisconsin winters are long and harsh, especially after the snow we got last night.

And, re: baths, I think it's more something to enforce the then 'norm' of irregular bathing. IIRC, bathing was considered unhealthy for a considerable time.

I got locked out of the house and had to sit on the steps last night for an hour. My old behind doesn't have the padding it once did and I froze my buns! It was dang cold and the snow didn't help. Guess that will teach me to have more than one glass of wine and get my keys taken away from me! LOL

Yep, you were washing off the "protective layer" they thought. Can you imagine how a room full of people smelled back then!!? No deoderant, no bathing,.........dear god the stink!

Sorry guys but I had to have 95% of my stomach and some of my intestines removed a couple years ago. Alcohol affects me a bit differently than the average person. I can get stinking drunk on one glass of wine! LOL I'm great date material!

I almost broke into my car in October because I locked my keys in the car and my parents were out of town. I then remembered I had a extra key in my wallet. I was about a mile from home and could've easily walked there, and there is a key to the house located out in the garage somewhere. I'd eventually have found it or broke the weatherstripping around my driver-side window, one or the other.

Locked myself out of the house last night. Door knob locks but will still open from the inside, I went out back and shut the door, phone keys and wallet all sitting on the table in the house. My car was locked so couldnt use the garage door opener and couldnt remember the code for the garage door (only been living there a few months and never used the code pad). God bless the pet door the previous residents put in. I was able to kick in the bottom of without screwing up it or the door, reached up and clicked the lock off np.
