Basically, I have had this song for months, and now that I've found a version with Japanese subtitles I'm fairly certain it's all English. I just can't tell what.

I know it starts off with "Just a moment please, I'm singing blues.", but after that it's almost all guess work.

Spoilers for what I THINK it is so far, because it would be better for you to listen to it and write down what you hear before you read what I hear. Also, if you can translate the Japanese, that would probably help.

I've been listening to their engrish for years now, and it really bugs me that I can't tell what's going on in this (fairly recent) song, considering it's improved quite a bit.
