I reccomend Love for the show by Cirque du Soleil. We had the Tapis Rouge tickets where you get into the Revolution lounge and better seats.

It's not that we don't get out much, TGM, it's just our work has us so busy we don't get much time to go out each night (just as an example, we're working 6 days a week, and the one day off we get is always subject to becoming a work day if the mission needs). Don't have much of an opportunity to check everything out.

Oh Ziero, thanks. If you could tell Kommission, Demetrios, or Cemalautine what my situation is, I'd appreciate it. Basically, I'm unable to log on. Also, let them know I can't seem to see anything on the LS site whenever I log in there. Kinda makes it hard for me to communicate with them if I can't even post on my own LS's site.

Ok, new plan.

1. Go to Quark's Bar in the Las Vegas Hilton.
2. Take LOTS of pictures and order at least one drink.
3. Maybe a video clip or two.
4. Try to get a pic with someone in costume.

They're shutting the place down this fall. Trust me, this is probably the best way to gain bragging rights with Trekkers. (Trekkies?) You actually visited the place, and got evidence. The drinks aren't supposed to be fantastic unless you order the mixed drinks like the Warp Core Breach, which has about 10 rum shots in it. Can't recommend Romulan Ale. It's worth going, however, and doing everything there you can, because it's kind of a mecca for Star Trek fans. If you ever want to be able to impress other IT people, this is probably the way to go about it.

Depends on what you plan on doing and what you plan on paying for. LOL Going to a show? You buying the tickets? I'm sure alcohol will be involved. Some casinos give you free drinks as long as you are gambling. Get the guys to go gambling and booze up on free drinks first. LOL Strip clubs are expensive no matter how you look at it. Alcohol, naked women, dollar bills.....$$$ LOL

Ok, the Vegas trip is about to come to an end, and I've got a few pics to post when I get back. I'll be taking an(other) extended stay in Tokyo (again) on the way back, so that'll be the source of much fun and excitement as well. I managed to make the most of my trip here, outside of not being able to play some FFXI, but meh, such is the way of things here in Sin City it seems. I haven't lost too much gil- er, money, and things have been relatively smooth considering the reason for being here. All in all, a good trip.

Oh, btw, for those of you who might be even remotely curious, I made Staff Sergeant (E-5). My sew-on date will be in the October-November time frame (line number 2987). Never thought I'd make it into the NCO ranks, but then again, mebbie I did, and just wouldn't let myself think too far ahead. No matter, I did it, and it's all gravy.
