Payment "Errors"

I registered my friend first and he was up in running,so I tried updating my payment information, i put in the number to pay but first it showed me Error UCS-60257, Then i tried a few more times, then it said Error UCS-5111, I waited an hour because i read that before but it still doesnt work at all.and last time i played was december, i called the Playonline Customer Service to try and reactivate my character and all they said was to update pay info. but im stuck in this ordeal i just posted for yall
