Actually, I was hoping for something very goggle like. Looks like those have holes in them anyway, which eliminates the point of goggles (keep dust, dirt, wind out of eyes) in relation to road use.

I think what you're thinking of might cost more than just a fine pair because of how 'stylish' they are. Cover your eyes with your hand and bike on down to your local sunglass hut or something.

Well Feba, I know you said goggles without holes but, dear, goggles without holes will steam up. I use goggles with my Harley because my windshield is a sport and not a touring. (And a rock shattering my everyday glasses while I was driving really wasn't a fun experience.) I use these and I absolutely adore them. They are sunglasses but they have the transition lenses that change from light to dark and they fold up nicely.

Well, TGM, I was talking holes as in "make them completely useless as eye protection", not just vents. Vents are reasonable, of course.

That second link looks pretty good. More than I was hoping to spend, but I've wanted to see how well those tint changing lenses work anyway.

Yep anything with the name Harley on it comes at a premium of course. You could try local leather shops/motorcycle shops to see if they carry goggles. Browse through the yellow pages and give them a call first and then go check it out if they do. My favorite pair of goggles weren't a Harley pair but after they met the road I had to replace them.

Other than that, your best option would be a set of motorcycle goggles that dirt bikers wear. Ski goggles would also work.
