      Well I need to hit the gym first. I'm 6' and a spry 145lbs.

      I'm trying to at least gain 10more before the end of the year.

          Being lean only had it's advantages when I was running track in HS.

          Now that I'm relatively high on the social totem pole, I want to be able to perform at step shows with my shirt off. Can't do that when I have the pysique of Bill Nye.

                  I'm pretty lean for my height and weight, and I currently weigh 200lbs. I'm interested in putting on muscle mass, but that's difficult without the crazy diets.

                  It always helps working out in front of a mirror.
