And if the questions are asked correctly. I've had at least one instance of a pollster calling my house and asking questions that had such obvious bias that I had to ask them in return "Who wrote your poll questions?"? (They didn't know). For example:
"Will race play a part in your decision to vote in November"
is a lot different than asking
"Will racist feelings prevent you from voting for a black candiate?"
Both questions can be used to say race does and does not have a factor, but a lot fewer people will want to answer yes to a question that includes the word "racist". Not to mention some pollster's tones affect the responses people give. This is why I inherently question polls unless I know what question was used and in what context.
At any rate, it should be very interesting over the next 5 months.
