Yes, there are pay toilets in large metro areas. I've seen them in New York, Los Angeles, and other cities but there are very few. Heck in Japan they have them (back in the day) and you even have to buy your toilet paper. But there are usually people on the streets advertising and handing out flyers with packs of "tissues" and you can use those. Ever see those individual packs of tissues for your purse that you can buy, thats what the little tissue packs look like. I think I have a few packed away somewhere along with the new driver sign they have to put in their car window. I'm a pack rat. LOL

I just can't believe that people actually think its olk for this woman to do what she did. She was obviously in a large metro area that was well populated since people were strolling down the sidewalk. Her child was wearing a backpack and dressed nicely, so that leads me to believe that maybe she was getting out of school. Schools have bathrooms. Since people were walkinig lesuirely down the sidewalk and there were people in a building FILMING HER, that means there had to be businesses nearby. Businesses have toilets. Like Aks said, if you have things to do and you know you have to go, YOU GO! You don't hold it so long that you have to piss on a well populated metro street UP AGAINST A CAR!?? There is no reason on god's green earth for any woman (especially with her child in tow) to act like this woman did.

Personally what came to mind when I first saw it was that she was doing it in anger. Her ex-boyfriends car and she was gonna go poo on it. *shudders* So maybe she tinkled on it for that reason? Or she's under the influence because I can't imagine anyone in their right mind doing this.

In some streets in the Uk their are pay to pee cubicals (as we nickname them) makes the true meaning of "spend a penny" sound right, except its not normally a penny its about 20 penies or 40c.

Like aksannyi I am no stranger to having a slash or dump in the woods or up a railway embankment (don't ask, it was the nearest place to natures bogroll - dock leaves) but I wouldn;t piss in a street in full view of public .

Oh and aksannyi it sounds so posh when you say use the bathroom, Its never that posh here, its wheres the bog, the slasher, dump station, shitter, crapper, carsy, Kermit the frog (cockney rhymeing slang for bog), loo.

I dunno. I remember a couple of times while I was waiting for a class to start, the other students would talk about random stuff. Some of it was vandalizing cars and the like, and in general, they all involved ceran wrap, dog poo, some kind of sugary substance, and some kind of paint stripping/damaging substance. Unless you count the girls who used lipstick/nail polish + ceran wrap + a big sunflower.

Amazing what people talk about before class (cheating during said class's test), and in cafeterias (some poor boyfriend's issues in the bedroom).

Anywho, since that was just groups of stupid bored teens, I'd assume that anyone out for revenge would go a wee bit further.
