Take a bunch of knights, put them in BMX bikes and have them cycle around rugged terrain trying to knock each other off their bikes (or, alternatively, fuck up the other dude's bike.) It's like horseback swordsmanship, but so much cooler. Whether you have to reach a goal or not, I haven't decided yet.
It's a toss up between Equestrian Pole-Vaulting and Urban Rodeo - the point of Urban Rodeo is to find the biggest person you can in a public area (parks seem to be best), jump on his back, and hold on for as long as you can... when you fall off, run!
