Global cooling is just as bad, it means plants won't get the full effect of the sunlight. If plants die, we die. Either way you look at it, cooling, or warming, its really not desirable or any less awful. You also have to consider which global cooling idea you accept, whether its that the CO2 blocks the rays, or that since the poles are melting, it has cooled the ocean and its currents, cooling most of the world to a degree. Either way, we still have alarming rates of desertification in places like Northern Africa.
And no, I did not participate in the event. Damn hippies.
