I think the mom has all the right in the world to be outraged about this. /nod

After all ever since Chucky it was stablished killer dolls must come with a knife included. So she needs to call the manufacturer again to either have the doll replaced or have the little knife sent to her free of charge. It's the only way to right this wrong.
