So just when I was already annoyed at the cost of shit right now, I found out that the school listed two incorrect books for one of my classes, which I've already ordered. I will ship them back, but it just pisses me off. On the plus side, though, the professor was also really irritated at the school for fucking it up.

And I did good, too, I got 7 books for $93. Fuck yeah, Amazon.

Bah. I know doing the same thing with the expectation that results will be different is insanity. But I thought the guy I asked out might have given it some thought after 6 month. Got turned down again. This time a bit more conclusively. All well...

What is sad that it is more than likely a reflection of how soul crushingly cynical the UK is general is becoming where even if something nice happens the first thing that happens here is that someone WILL shoot it down.

The UK is getting ridiculous for people acting cynical to everything just because it makes them appear intelligent.

Today, my peeve is stuff. And things. Like, I want stuff, but I don't have enough money for all the stuff I want. So I save my money until I make a decision, but end up spending it on stuff before I give myself the chance to think it through. Currently on my list of stuff and things are nutritional supplements (pre-workout, protein), clothes (including a new pair of boat shoes for the summer), and PC parts (gotta upgrade to dat dere Haswell and GTX 700 series). I ended up buying the nutritional supplements without really thinking it through. I don't really need the new clothes, I'm fine with wearing jeans all summer, but I've definitely got to save up for a PC overhaul.

I quite like Nirvana and agree that no matter how perfectly you play the guitar parts to their music, it still sounds like shit. I've tried using effects pedals and amp settings to give the cleanest sound with zero distortion and it still sounds like ass.

Funnily enough rock music IS about not giving a fuck so I really wouldn't have it any other way.

It all started with one of the Jamaican guys here shouting out "Ayyyeyyyy!!! Ohhhhheeeeeooooh!!!"
