Is Netflix not an option for your Wii or do you not have one? There really isn't a console or handheld/mobile that doesn't do Netflix by now.
Yeah, I have a Wii. It's in a crate along with half of my stuff, still waiting for it to arrive from Puerto Rico (and the Wii can't output HD video anyways.) That's not really the issue though. I have a Windows partition on my laptop, and I could probably run a virtual machine if I didn't want to restart, so it's not really a "can't access Netflix" sort of thing, it just peeves me. They've ported it to Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Wii, X-Box 360, PS3, Roku, PS Vita, 3DS, Wii U and even Blu-ray players and TVs, but no Linux.
Yyg managed to wipe my SWTOR raid last night (that I was main healer for) with a Skype pop up. I play in windowed fullscreen so some programmes like Skype and iTunes like to pop up over everything.
Apparently they're trying to prep me to help out with some sort of software instruction position and they had the brilliant idea of offering said instructional sessions on Saturday. Not this Saturday thank god, but fucking hell I don't want my job infringing on my weekends. That shit is not cool.
My pet peeve for the day: WOMEN. There's nothing straight-forward about them. I thought they were supposed to be good at communication? There should be a reality television show called When Playing Hard To Get ATTACKS. It's supposed to end with Goes Wrong but marketing said I needed something more eye-catching.
The communication thing is from simply people who still subscribe to gender stereotypes without even stopping to consider if they are actually any good at oral communication at all. You can be fantastic at written communication but absolutely shit as talking to people. People like that send Feminism back to the 1950's.
That and women can also get unspectacular bad advice from friends who think that X, Y and Z is the best way to go about dealing with someone even if it's clearly a horrible idea.
In summary poor communication skills crosses the gender line just as equally as anything else.
It really doesn't. I don't think it's going to be a regular thing but if push comes to shove I can try to dodge it because I really do have prior obligations(the campaign).
