I'm on BT. I don't think I've gone more than 24 hours without it disconnecting repeatedly and during prime time your bandwidth is throttled so there is literally no point in being online at all between about 7-10pm because everything will be unplayable anyway.
BT is basically a postcode lottery in how good your service is really if you live north of Coventry. In any place north of there not called "Manchester" it's a bit of a lottery at to if the service is going to be good or not.
I do know that Virgin have a far better service coverage than BT in my area anyway.
meds are wearing off now and am tired.woke up at 5am to go to the hospital for my 6 cortizone injections. after a bit of waiting around finally got summoned and had to wear paper underware, net hat and a backless gown. I beleive they serve no purpose other than to make you look hilarious to keep staff spirts up. I was given a mixture of a pain med that eludes me and propolol to help ease the pain for the actual injections themselves which took about an hour to perform. Am back at my parents now as I have to have someone around me for the next 48 hours which means no FFXI or STO as I only have my crappy laptop here. and my legs are still weak as they warned me would be. SO just recovering now and hope this has sorted out alot of the pain.
An hour to do injections? And you have to be awake for it? That sounds truly awful, to say nothing of the recovery process you're now going through. Hope it all works out for the best man.
thanks mate, I just dont remember getting off the operating table back onto the ward gurney (considering I was on my stomache on the operating table then found myself on my back on the bed being wheeled into recovery! ) lovely friendly staff. The proprolol helped take the edge of the pain but I did feel the needles go in until they injected some anasthetic down them and I hated the canular being put in, hate needles!!!
I hear you on the hating of needles. I cannot stand them. Getting flu shots or having blood drawn is always a horrific experience for me. I can't imagine spending an hour getting injections, anesthetic or no.
I got fired, came into work, got my uniform on etc, and they dragged me into the officer.
1 fucking month my ass!!!! They said I left the dep I was on a shit tip on Friday, my effing ass I did. I was on my hands and knee's scrubbing that floor literally.
What do they want me to do, cleaning the shit hole with my tongue??
I'm so angry I want to punch something ; ;
For the first time in my life, I actually want to get drunk, and end up in a drink induced coma and never wake up.
