      I do love getting back at rude people by paying for stuff in pennies. it's the passive aggressive equivalent of waving your genitalia in their face while shouting out obscenities into a jury-rigged PA system for all to hear.

        Seriously. Pennies are the physical manifestation of wasted time. Fuck pennies. Nickels too.

          The resort town I work in won't accept payment in change for parking tickets. Says so right on the ticket.

              Isn't part of the definition of legal tender is that it must, by law, be accepted as payment?

                    I would think, but it says it. It's been awhile since I've been ticketed there, but it may say something about only rolled change or something along those lines.

                      It's just like its against the law / policy for a restaurant or vendor to put a minimum charge allowed on credit cards. If they except credit cards, they HAVE to take your credit card no matter what the dollar amount. They can try and strongarm you with a minimum amount, but if you call the credit card services for whatever credit card they advertising taking, they can get admonished, written up, or dropped all together.

                          This. They have to pay a fee to use the credit cards, and the more you spend the less of an impact the fee has on the total purchase. They can also use it to try and upsell you into buying more of their product so you can put it on your credit card, especially if you have no cash on hand.

                            On the other side of the coin, fees are also the reason stores offer cash back. They need to pay a % of the physical money they deposit, so by getting you to use a card and then withdraw money from their own cash register, they prevent you from giving them more dollar bills and get to offload the bills other customers gave them to you. It's win/win.

                                He still hasn't gotten it....

                                Looks to me for every little problem there is.....

                                Can't do shit on his own....

                                Keep telling boss he sucks (But in a nicer way.).....

                                Boss wont fire him.....

                                Kid gets angry too easily, and starts slamming stuff....

                                Gotta train again tonight....

                                Anyone know of a way to get him to quit or fired, with out pissing him off?
