Lately I've been working at one of our partnered hospitals mainly just to keep busy while I'm suspended until I go to court.

I set up a birthday suprise for one of my patients. Everything was going fine until I had security appear and tell me they have been instructed to remove me from the hospital grounds because the person with a grievance against me is being sent to one of the clinics here for the day.
Not only was I escorted off site which I guess is understandable considering the circumstances but I had to send my patient back onto the ward disrupting the little gathering I'd set up for her.

The patient and relative didnt mind at all and I explained what I could with the little time I had left and I apologised so much and promised them a full explanation when they see me tomorrow.

I did get home to a letter with my court date though. Which is next friday, My legal representative and unison rep have both said the other person involved doesnt have a leg to stand on but I'm still shitting bricks over it. Almost a decade of my hard work can just be wiped out in one afternoon.
All of my training to become a nurse was done on the job after starting as an auxillary nurse/ nursing cadet which means if my "pin" is revoked (nursing registration which I have to pay for annually) Then within the Nhs all I'm good for is making coffee if that.
My other solution would be to go to uni and start my training all over again with all the kids that have just finished college. But I may be blacklisted which means I have a few years to wait until I can apply then 3 years training for the higher education certificate or 4 years for degree level.
Once again I'm advised to not broadcast on fb or to go to approach the media, My mum is so tempted to get the media involved and so are my close friends because they feel I'm being villainised or made an example of.

As soon as it's done though I'm striking back full force, with emotional trauma, Damage to my professional reputation, My transport costs to the sister hospital I've been working at. The funniest thing I've been told to bring up during it all is basically for them not thanking me for saving their life and once I'm cleared an apology. I think I have more chance of finding rocking horse poop to be honest but I'll be glad when it's over.
The patient advice and liason service "PALS" are the people patients and relatives complain to, They scoured their records and found 0 reports against me going back as far as 2001. What they did find was 467 instances of people contacting PALS to praise me, out of those 467 , 350 of them have provided testimony in my defence. Sadly the missing ones are deceased.
There is also a guy I saved his leg being amputated when walking past a building site 2years ago providing witness to me being a good samaritan.

If any of you guys ever are on duty/in your work uniform and on work grounds and see somebody in distress just walk on by, or dial emergency services and follow their instructions only. Don't bother with first aid or cpr like you've been trained because at the end of the day you'll be in less trouble for walking past and ignoring them than actually helping.

It's sad that today we live in a society where "fk em" is a more acceptable course of action than actually doing something.

I wish you the best of luck! Sounds like you're going to demolish them in court... but it's never safe to assume anything when it comes to a courtroom.

But seriously, you're getting purely fucked. I really hope your court case goes well. It's unfortunate to stick your neck out the way you did and get completely burned for it. I'm sending good vibes across the pond and your way.

It's a lot like the military. If you get a bad order, you're fucked if you follow it and you're just as fucked if you don't even if it turns out for the best. You're just double fucked if you refuse an order and it turns out badly.
