I went to a spine care specialist today and they basically told me that all my muscles are way too tight and that I should take up yoga. This perplexes me. I don't want to have to go to a yoga class. Surely the internet will provide me with all the info I need instead.

The way he described it kind of made sense though. Yoga is like all the stretches I've already been doing, except taken to the Nth degree, and made all the better because yoga exercises tend to be more comprehensive whereas what I'm doing seems to be more targeted and specific.

So I guess the overall answer to my back problems is to just get in shape and take appropriate measures to ensure that my sedentary life style gets offset enough to keep it from inflicting painful consequences. The good news is that he straight up said that there's no need to even consider surgery.

Today I received a phone call from LVNV Funding informing me that the BBB, the FCC and the FTC had been in contact with them about my account and that they have indeed seen that it is in error. As a result, I have just now received a fax stating that my account in it's completion has been deleted from the credit records. What this means is that not only will my credit be repaired immediately... but I don't even owe them the $900.00 they were trying to collect from me in the first place. Score one for Yyg!

With this letter, I can now approach my mortgage lender and they can resubmit this information in the form of a quick credit check to validate my new credit score and move forward with my home purchase.

This will require that we approach the seller again to tell them effectively "We're BAAAAAAAACK'... but finally things are looking on the up and up.

Don't fuck with me collection companies.

New peeve: Companies who make Monitors not including a DVI cable with the monitor itself when you order it.

I got my new monitor today and noticed when I opened the box that I only got the VGA Cable. I could have sworn that the last 2 I got (of the same type) came with DVI. At first it wasn't a big deal because I know I have male-female VGA-DVI converter plugs in my desk.

NO WAIT!!!! I PACKED THEM!!!

Where? Oh... somewhere in the mountain of boxes that is accumulating in my living room ready for the move.

I get that DVI is still not the standard... but seriously? SERIOUSLY?!? Now I have to go out to the parts store after work to pick one up because there's no way I'm digging through the mountain.

(Special note: My video cards are only equipped for DVI input)

People who can't put together complete, coherent sentences.
People who do not follow a set format for an assignment, even though it is clearly much easier than the shit they are trying to do, and it looks better.
People who can't fucking spell easy words.
People who don't understand that proper grammar is important on major assignments.
People who are 17 years older than me doing a shitty job at being a group member on said major assignment due to the above reasons.

This is the first time I've ever yelled at someone nearing 40 years old for being fucking retarded.

Oh my god.

I just had to call the cops on my neighbors, they were pretty much beating their kid and locked him out on their patio, the kid was screaming and crying and I could hear it from my living room with the doors closed. I'm sorry, no way in hell am I going to sit here and listen to that. I would absolutely kill to have my kids with me, I sure as hell wouldn't lock them out on the patio while they screamed for all of the neighbors to hear.

Speaking of cooking. Made two separate dinners tonight anticipating the kids wouldn't go for what I was making for myself. They refused to eat either. The two younger ones have been petitioning me for hot dogs for the last hour. Yeah, no.
