Since I originally posted about my Credit Fiasco I have taken a number of steps to deliver a swift kick to the Debt Collector's nads. I'm sparing no sympathy.

I have filed dispute with all 3 credit bureaus in regards to the change to my report and informed them of the illegal actions taken by LVNV Funding. What they have done is called "Re-Aging" and is illegal in any and all forms. I have demanded that the negative history be deleted from any current and future incarnations of my report.

I have written a lengthy letter to the Massachusetts Attourney General's office and the Better Business Bureau regarding the incident and imploring them for intervention in the matter.

I have filed small claims against LVNV Funding to recover my losses and sue for damages that were a direct result of their illegal actions.

I have contacted the FCC and informed them of the situation and they are currently investigating the matter to confirm and validate my account information as reported by LVNV Funding.

Moral: Don't fuck with me.

Wish you luck mate and hope you get something positive for this, the main thing is you are standing up for yourself and refusing to be totally shat on from a height. No matter what happens you gain respect from me for doing so.

I just finished my email to the BBB in both Massachusetts and South Carolina (where the parent company is located) to report my complaint.

I also submitted my complaint to the FTC as per the suggestion of the representative from the FCC's suggestion.

My email is blowing up right now.

Fourth week going to physical therapy. They still don't know what the fuck's wrong with me, but they put some electrodes on me and pumped me full of electricity. It was weird, but didn't really help. I was hurting again by the time I got back to the office.

They said something about sending an email to my primary care physician and that they might send me to see a specialist. I'm not terribly optimistic.

Oh, and now my stomach hurts too. Fucking wonderful.

I swear to god I am this close to up and quitting my job until I can get this stuff under control.

If you are feeling as if your stomach is hurting too is probably because you have made your injury way worse that it was before.

I'm guessing staying still and letting your body heal itself didn't work either, huh?

I've had back problems for a while. But, as soon as I started exercising... It got worse, but then, its better.

It may get worse as soon as you start, but it will get better the next few days. I have noticed that I am feeling better and such now since I started.

I've been taking my belly bar out when I game for months now else it starts to hurt, but recently, I forgot to put it back in for I think 3 weeks, went to put it back in Saturday and it closed up a bit, went to bed with it in, when I woke it was swollen =(
It's still hurting now :/ Pretty sure it should take longer to close over, seeming as I had it done 7 years ago :/

Getting a call from your parents that are waking you up and hour before you are supposed to be awake, and having your arms be asleep, and not realise it when you grab for the phone, causing you to scream out in pain (I have poor circulation, so my limbs tend to fall asleep easily, and it HURTS!), and haveing your parents wonder what the hell is going on.

The stupidity of the human race never ceases to amaze me.

There was a crosswalk - complete with a light - less than 20 feet away and you were wearing dark clothes. I should have hit you. I swerved, but I'm starting to regret that decision.

Oh, and when I'm doing 85 (regardless of the fact that I'm speeding, thanks, I'm aware, it was also 3:30 AM and there were like 10 cars on the entire highway) please for the love of fucking ponies do not cut me off doing 60. There are five fucking empty lanes of highway for you, get in some fucking other lane. I worked all night, I'm fucking tired, get the hell out of my way asshole.

And what the fuck people, take up ONE goddamn parking spot with your shitty SUV, thanks. I drive a big pick up truck and I somehow manage to take up only one spot every time, and I flat out admit that I am terrible at parking, so you should be able to do it, too.

You know what, everyone pisses me off today. I could go into it about my boss, but I'm gonna save it for another day. Because while "peeve" is loosely defined as "minor annoyance," which I'm feeling tonight, I'd like to save it for when she has me so fucking irritated, nothing comes out but this huge unadulterated and uncensored rant, because when I rant, I RANT. And I'm pretty sure everyone would love a good old Aksannyi rant around here, so I'm gonna bottle that shit in and let it blow.
