People who bring a cloud of drama with them wherever they go, saying one or two little things and leaving nothing but chaos in their wake, and then complaining about those people being upset.
If you're going to make a comment about someone then you'd better stick around to back up your claim before you piss everyone else off. Here's to someone calling someone else unhelpful, starting a huge mess of drama, and then bitching about people whining.
Those laws only protect you if you're licensed to perform cpr... if you aren't, its no different than if I tried to perform open heart surgery on you because you had a heart attack.
Right, I didn't specify, but I was still talking about Satori's example. As a nurse, I'm assuming that he is licensed to perform CPR and thus should be protected, regardless of how many ribs he broke.
So a window in my apartment broke (it just cracked in 2). The maintenance guys rip it out, filling my tub with wood pulp and shit. They don't return for 6 hours and proceed to put it back in. Tub was still dirty as all hell and the paint on the window frame is now horrifically chipped. The bathroom was repainted last month....

Oh well in that case, yeah. You're completely right.
Sorry. I was just clarifying the details so that nobody runs out the door to pound on the chests of strangers while open-mouth kissing them only to scream some gibberish about bring a good samaritan and scramble off down the street.
(I just made myself lol while writing that... couldn't stop)

Actually in most apartment complexes that's pretty much standard. They'll fix your shit but don't expect them to be fast, efficient, neat, or give a flying turd about your belongings.
