In Britain a lay by is a "designated paved area beside a main road where cars can stop temporarily" or rest area as you call it.

2. People who are raciest
3. My Dad
4. People who take their frustrations out on weaker ppl/wife/kids and have no balls to stand up to the ppl who frustrates them.
5. Drama queens
6. Prostitutes that charge an arm and leg for a little bit of arse….come on it’s funny.
7. Did I mention Hypocrites?
8. Room mates who think they shouldn’t take the trash off because they drive a car, and you should always do it because you drive a truck.
9. Drivers who pull right out in front of you, while I’m driving 65 mph, and go only 50 mph to only drive ¼ of a mile to turn again. Especially if there is not a car in sight behind me.
10. People who can NEVER be satisfied with anything…did I mention my dad?
11. Outsourcing Help Centers, don’t get me wrong I don’t have a problem with any other Country or anyone with accents, but come on; I can barely understand English as it is.
12. Anyone who abuses animals.
13. Radio Stations that play the same songs everyday, everyday the same songs...Meh.

I want to point out that if you can't honestly drive a car aand smoke a cigarette at the same time, you simply have no business driving a car at all.

Well this is true, but it's the whole principle of the thing. If you're supposed to be constantly looking at the road with both hands on the wheel, then how is smoking any different from talking on your cellphone, eating a burger, or putting on makeup?

I'll admit that I chuckled at this.

Did I mention people who snore? God damn, she's been sick for four days and hasn't stopped snoring the entire time. I want her to get better, not because it's the kind, compassionate way to feel, but so she stops fucking snoring! And I doubt she can help it, she's aware of the problem and she's tried taking some meds to stop it but it hasn't >.<

Another peeve:

My stupid router deciding it doesn't want to be wireless anymore. So now, she's napping (and snoring) and I'm stuck in this room because I don't have a cable long enough for me to go elsewhere. God must really hate me.

Ok I dunno if anyone said this already, sry if they did. My biggest pet peeve is anyone who says to you, "Oh I know, I hate ppl that talk smack too!!!!" and then right after that start talking crap.... -,- i mean, wtf is that about? lmao. idk, mabey its just me, but when that happends i just freak out. i think that anyone that does that, or at least often, should be poked in the eye, or punched in the... lol

Nope its just some extra paved area next to the road, has special markings for it and different coloured road studs to demark it.

Not much. I don't mind it, but I always feel obligated to do something for somebody. Apparently, the thought that counts, counts even more on Valentines Day, or there's some amount of bonus points associated with it.
