I just do not care about celebrity news, at all. I hardly care about anyone's life but my own. Why is this important? And most of all, why is this news?
I have two at the moment (please be advised that they are in no way related to each other:
Busy all morning and on pace to have a really fast and easy Friday. What's that? It's 2:30? Yeah, everything around here is going to come to a dead, screeching halt and you will have nothing to do for the next 2.5 hours except browse the internet and beg the clock to move faster.
I get that Tumblr is a female-dominated website (or at least appears to be), but the amount of period bitching on that site, to include comics regarding how terrible it is to have a period is really fucking annoying. I've dealt with mine for the last 20 years and it's not that fucking bad. Every woman has to deal with it. You're not a special snowflake. Shut the fuck up.
There is a very small minority of women who have period symptoms so debilitating that they can't function, the rest might experience mild discomfort and inconvenience at most. People are honestly bitching for the sake of bitching.
And considering that site is full of teenagers who tend to make everything 3000 times more melodramatic than necessary, I'm going to go with my gut feeling on this one and assume that they're exaggerating the severity of five days of bleeding.
I dated a chick on each end of the spectrum... The one that was completely destroyed by it did enjoy coitus however during that time as it made the cramps go away.
I'm just gonna go ahead and list Tumblr again as a peeve. Every encounter I have with that site makes me want to burn down the internet and strangle humanity.
Tumblr, Reddit and Imgur are the only places on the internet worse than 4chan.
At least 4chan acknowledges that it's a hive of scum and villainy. Tumblr, Reddit and Imgur claim and pretend to be above 4chan and just end up being worse because of it.
Don't get me wrong there's some good subreddits out there. The FFXIV one isn't horrible but does seem quite elitist and insular. But go onto r/gaming and look at how many pages of pointless memes and toxic flaming you have to sift through before getting to something that has a point.
