I propose that Facebook impliment a "Stab" button along-side "Poke". Problem solved.

When someone raps out loud on the subway train... There was a delay in the tunnels today, we literally sat there in silence for 20-30mins.

Well, it would have been if this one guy would shut his trap, rhyming (terribly) about what's what. The fact it was quiet made it worse, I swear you could hear an echo!

High school basketball teams. I work in a hotel, and we get 50 kids running around screaming like there's a fire. Seriously, the second they get out of their respective counties, they forget how their parents raised them.

Also, is it just me or are cheerleaders in high school about 90 times sluttier than they were 8 years ago?

I was a cheerleader about ... well, 10ish years ago, and I can say that no, they're not that much sluttier now, they just are so much more open about how slutty they are because now it's like ... accepted or something.

This goes for just about any sport... I have the same issues with my roommates on campus who are baseball players. College baseball players. They're maturity level leaves something to be desired. Especially at 2 in the morning when I'm trying to sleep.

Also, is it just me or are cheerleaders in high school about 90 times sluttier than they were 8 years ago?

Is it just me, or do high school teenagers in general get sluttier every year?


New peeve: People who start virtually every sentence with "What the problem is...". I think I can identify what the problem is myself, thank you very much. My step-mother says this constantly, and it makes me want to slap her when she does.

I was a cheerleader oh....hmmm...gotta think about this....about....32 years ago! lol Back then we wore long sleeved shirts/sweaters for a top and skirts, that we thought were scandalous because they only came to the top of your knee. We also were required to wear shorts under our skirts. And our pom, poms were HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!

Today's pet peeve........having the "I told you so" talk.

I hate it...I hate saying it and I try to avoid it as much as humanly possible. But as a parent, there are times where you have to use it to get your point across. My son uses my car most of the time. I've been relegated to using the minivan to get around. For most women, thats no biggie but I am not most women. I like cars....I like fast cars...I like sweet looking cars....I have too much testosterone! lol I love my car and I don't like people abusing it. You can not smoke in my car AT ALL. You can only eat in my car with my permission. In the winter, you will use the snow brush to brush off your shoes before getting into my car. Yes, I'm picky.

Well, my son drives my car now more than I do. Two years ago I got a brake job done on my car and shortly after that he started driving it. Of course, when we were out driving, I would critique him if I thought he was abusing my car. One of his issues was that he would not brake ahead of time. He was the rush up to the stoplight/sign and slam on the brakes sort of guy. When I said something about it, he got snippy with me. So I said "Well, I just had the brakes done on this car and they should be good for another 4 years at least. If the brakes need to be done before that, YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEM!"

So since I don't drive my car often, I did not know that the brakes were going......and he certainly wasn't going to say anything. Well, we went out for supper this weekend and I took my car. As I was pulling away, I heard a grinding in the right front and said "Hmm...sounds like the brakes. When did this start?" There was silence in the car because he certainly wasn't going to say. But little did I know how bad it was until I got to the stop sign.....OMFGWTF it sounded like a god damn jet was right above the car!! The grinding, the screeching, ................THE PISSED OFF MOTHER!!! He had let them go so badly it was painful to even drive the car! Then when I said that IMMEDIATELY Monday morning they were going in to be fixed.....he had a hissy fit!

Him: I have to work!!
Me: Take the minivan, I'l take the day off.
Him: THE MINIVAN!? Are you serious? I can't drive that!
Me: If you can drive a car, you can drive a minivan, no difference.
Him: Well, I can't drive it to school after work because my parking permit only allows the car to be parked there.
Me: ...
Him: Really!
Me: ... do you really think I'm that stupid? And do you really think I f**king care at this point in time?? I don't care if you have to walk to get where you need to be. You did this and now you'll have to live with the consequences...and one of them is that I am NOT going to let you drive this car with these brakes in this condition!
Him: Oh great...fine...whatever...

So the car went in this morning, just got the call and my guy said that if they had been brought in sooner they would have cost about $400 to fix. Since he let them go and roters had to be replaced, it was now going to cost $700. So I have to do the "remember when I said/I told you..." talk tonight and tell him how much he owes me. I guess he can kiss that iPad goodbye for now...

My friend is a late breaker and it pisses me off to no end. It's been worse since I was rear ended while sitting in traffic with my GFF. I don't like seeing late breakers in my rear view mirror, and I don't like being in a late breaking car.

Even worse, make him pay for it then make him drive the minivan for the rest of the month (Or until you see fit that he's learned his lesson).

He obviously doesn't think the minivan is a chick magnet.
