I've decided this week I'm going to buy a pack of Oreos and a Chik-fil-A sandwich and eat them in a food court, just to piss everyone off. If there are any more politically charged fattening foods I'll be sure to include them as well.

Given most people "boycotting"/supporting never heard of Chik-fil-A before the media circus - at least those spamming my Facebook about it - i don't call that much of an effort.

Maybe I'll just delete my Facebook account. I didn't sign on to find out what tools people I went to high school with are now.

North Carolina one of its better states, I think - I think there are two in my town, neither of them placed in a terribly convenient area in terms of traffic. Lots of congestion around them. Used to be one in the mall, but they left because of the rent like many others.

I prefer Cook-Out anyway, its a small drive-thru close to home and has a very diverse and generous dinner tray for under $5. I do believe they're a Christian-owned chain, but a local one not big enough to say big stupid things.

Given how most photographed food isn't, i can't say I'm surprised.

One can dream, though. Actually, i could just peel the icing out few Oreos and get there anyway. But I'd probably just eat the damn Oreos and not fuss with it.

Couldn't be much worse than NBC's for the opening ceremonies.

Mine: NBC not showing the memorial to the victims of the July 7th 2005 bombings during the opening ceremonies. Completely heartless and disrespectful. We don't need to see another interview with Phelps. Yes, he is a great athlete, but that is not the time nor the place. Deadspin has it online if you care to watch.
