Today's pet peeve is that FFXIV is still a game that I have no interest in playing. They're running all these pre-2.0-only events that lead up to the release of 2.0, so much so that it's pretty much the only content in the game worth the time and effort to complete them, but that doesn't include the time and effort required to get to the end of the game to even begin them. As much as I want to see this stuff, and pay a monthly fee for a game I want to play, the majority of the FFXIV experience is still a mind-numbing grind of guildleves that I'm not interested nor willing to participate in.

Also, lag in my single-player game? Must be Diablo 3.

They are never going to live it down unless they add an option for offline play. I don't think people will put up with this rubbish indefinitely. Its not going to go away once things settle down since lag is lag and only happens because an online DRM is required.

Had an audit today to see if I was keeping the Dep I work in clean, I only passed it by 1%, the girl before me got 97% i got 94%

So not only do I suck at being normal, I suck at cleaning :/ lol

Having frustrating times finding an apartment. Saw one last week that was promising. Cheap, close to work (7 minutes!). Guy I met with seemed really nice. Never called me back, and rented it to someone else. I drove by today and saw the sign was down, and someone had put curtains in the windows.

Also, my regional manager is dragging his feet about something work related, and so I've had to start harassing him via text to get him to make progress. That might sound weird, and possibly unprofessional, but according to my boss, it's the only way to get shit done.

I know how it feels to loathe your living situation. When my wife and I bought our current house, it was the perfect house (for the two of us). Only 2 bedrooms, but it has a lot of character and plenty of living space (again, for the two of us).

Fast-forward to today, now we've got 3 kids and a mother-in-law living with us. The place is bursting at the seams. It feels like we'll never get it sold because there are just too many people living in it with too much stuff.
