People who can't seem to comprehend that:

1) I don't eat meat every single day
2) I eat red meat only occasionally and only lean cuts
3) I prefer the taste of fish and chicken
4) I can't eat pork (without loading up on painkillers) due it it's obscene purine content and a genetic disposition towards crystallisation of uric acid crystals in my bloodstream which causes excruciating join pain if I eat more than a pork chop.
5) Did I mention that I prefer fish and chicken when I pick meats to eat?
6) I don't eat lamb or fatty cuts of meats because I don't like it.
7) I'm fairly sure that I mentioned liking fish and chicken over other types of meat.
8) Seriously, rice and fish/chicken are really cheap, filling and taste great with sauce and veggies.
9) Yes it does mean I prefer to order Fish Burgers or Chicken Burgers over beef burgers
10) No it's not that hard to accommodate me if you invite me to barbecues. Just toss some fucking chicken on the BBQ and I'll be happy.

It's not something hard to really comprehend but people still don't seem to understand it when the subject comes up. I suppose this isn't actually a rant post and an actual genuine pet peeve post from me. Shocking I know...

I'm a bit far away from Plymouth to do that IRL so I hope that is fine.

Reading over your posts about everything breaking down...it sounds like he's a bit of a coward and doesn't have it in himself to just end it and cut ties by himself. I mean he told you you were in a break so he could go run off with someone else without feeling guilty. Sorry but that just sounds like something a coward would do.

IMHO even if he wants to stay friends I would just spend some time to yourself in your own space. Nobody here is saying "Never speak to him ever again" but you really should take some time out for just yourself, maybe get some friends together and do things with them.

It's going to be horrible and I know you don't want to hear it really but the best thing to do would be to just move on. If he's mature enough to want your friendship then that's great but you're too good for him anyway.

So my Dad and I took Mom out for dinner at an Indian restaurant tonight.

I mistook a spicy pepper for a green pepper and set my mouth on fire. I do not recommend this.

sure it wasn't a chilli as they have lots of them in some indian food, one dish in the Uk supposed to be the hottest around this area is called "Ghandi's revenge" and is hotter than a fahrl!!!

Trust me, You do NOT want to have some of the ridiculous challenge curries they serve in the UK.

Lea, leave the pricks behind. I've seen far too many nice girls stick by guys that keep hurting them, and either it makes them depressed, or they stop being nice girls. Either way, the person who suffers in the end is you, not him.

I'm not going to tell you there are more fish in the sea, because I know you don't feel that way. But if you can stop being in a romantic relationship with this guy, don't even try to be friends with him. You know how he is about hanging out with girls for fun now, you know that if you stay near him he will only try to use you for his own amusement again, you'll think you can win him back, and wind up making yourself cry more.

Well, considering my past experiences of liking nice girls who decide to go with the "bad boys" that hurt them. I gotta say, more than the pain, the drama and all that stuff what Leasious needs to be aware of is that whatever happens next is her choice and responsibility. He already showed her the way he is, and if she chooses to continue or not then it will be her decision and no one else.

After this there is no blaming him for being the bad guy, that only applies the first time. Because it takes 2 to tango.




PS > And please. Do not, under any circumstances (should you go back with him and things turn ugly) unload your resulting anger, bitterness and hatred on the next guy that dates you. Nothing like having to deal with things other dudes did to make you wish you'd never asked a girl out.
