Me (saying): I'm sorry sir, unless someone doesn't show up, that is the first tee time I have.
Me (thinking): You mean I should put you out in front of all these people that were considerate enough to call for their tee time? Get the fuck out of here, I have actual customers to help.
Oblivious Customer: Yeah we'll take it, how much is it?
Me: That'll be $60 per person.
Oblivous Customer: Each? Do you have any specials?
Me (saying): Not at this time we don't.
Me (thinking): I hope you get attacked by a bear.

When I first started working here in high school, the pro at the time told me to write down every instance of something like this happening and I would look back at it someday and laugh. I didn't take his advice, but I wish I would have. I could probably go on all day with stuff like that.

Speaking of high school, I've been out of college for 4 years now. Yet I have recurring nightmares about failing high school classes. The basic idea is that I don't know anything in this one particular class because I've been cutting it continuously (which is uncharacteristic of me because I didn't cut classes in high school).

I'm not out of college yet but I've had that nightmare during Summer/Winter vacations. In particular that I've overslept through one of my final exams and have no hope of taking a make-up test.

I skipped class very often back in (the MX equivalent of) highschool. <_<;

But it usually was because either I already knew about what the class was about or because I would learn about it better on my own than with the teacher/students.

Also to practice Futbol if we were going to play soon, but it was always for to the reasons listed above.

It's very easy to skip class when you have parrots for teachers who dislike any questions outside the text they are endlessly repeating. And fellow students who dislike any questions that could make the class last 5 more minutes.

Terrible internet connection at home, going on two months now.

ISP has been no help and as far as I can figure it's the ancient wiring inside the house.

All I want for Christmas is a proper internet connection.

My sister (who I live with for the next five months) is the worst fucking housekeeper I have ever seen. She just left for the day to run errands and shit (she has no job or anything, so I'm not sure what those could possibly entail). I've done her dishes three times since getting home last night at midnight. Not just a plate or two - entire sinks full.

She goes to school online. Has two small boys, so, sure, that's annoying, but for crying out fucking loud, pick up a GD broom, a scrub brush and some fucking bleach. I'd do it myself, but I work 12 hour days, plus two for traveling to and from. I only have so much time I can devote to cleaning.

Got my oil changed on my truck yesterday because I was 100 miles overdue. Driving out if the garage, my brakes failed. Turns out my main brakeline rotted through. Yay for $206.00 in repair costs at a different garage.

Steal half of all the plates/cups/etc, put them somewhere safe. Wash them as you use them and bring 'em back with you. Eventually her half of the plates will be dirty and you won't have any need to wash them, forcing her to deal with it or starve. :D

I got confused about which thread I clicked, and as I read this I thought you were describing something you could do in Skyrim. You probably are.
