-Parents who are too abusive with their kids.

I swear today was the worst thing I've ever seen. Im standing around helping a customer in my department when this lady and her daughter walks by. The daughter (who im guessing was only 4-5 years old) walks next to a rack of clothes with cute little girl clothes. The daughter begins to just look at one, pulling it off the rack slowly by the hanger, and the mom grabs the daughter by the shoulder and THROWS her down to the point where the tiled floors was like a slip and slide, and the daughter slid about 3 feet in front of the mom. Then the mom goes "Dammit, i told you not to fucking touch anything"

Boy oh boy i feel sorry for that little girl, i didn't have the right to say anything, but i did give the mom a disappointed look.

actually you do have the right to say something....... that kind of BS should not be allowed to ever happen -.- I am for a little "pop" or "slap" ever now and then, but that.... was uncalled for.


Pretty sure a security camera cought that on tape, all the evidence anyone needs ^.^

Well last time i spoke up about a parent abusing their child, they gave me the whole "You have no right to tell me how to raise my child" speech. So i kinda went by that. Although, thinking back i should have said something to the mom anyway, not like she woulda listened, she looked like an angry bitter woman.

That makes me sad, I'd kill to have my kids with me right now and to hear about a mother not appreciating her child like that just really hurts me a lot.

Kinda similar to my last one but I keep running across it lately. People keep calling me up asking for support with their computers (is my job), and they are EATING OVER THE PHONE. Holy crap! Put down the food for a moment when you call me, fat ass!

Also another one (don't really see it around here because people can get in a ton of trouble for it here), but other places I do......people smoking in areas marked NO SMOKING. My most noticed places I've seen it are at the main entrance of a mall in Boise, and also when I was younger, I visited Cedar Point, Ohio, and regardless of signs everywhere saying not to smoke in line, every line I went in had several people smoking.

That reminds me of work ... they smoke out back, I don't care for it, and it's clearly my problem for being in their self-designated smoking zone (only because I have to be, believe me!)

I was going to say my pet peeve was my slacker co-worker, but he quit. He spent more time complaining about mexicans taking jobs and not doing his job than he spent getting the damn work done. Don't get me wrong, he was a nice guy otherwise, but I could skip two days of work each week and still get more done in the last three days than this guy would do in five.

And I'm probably being generous with that guessed statistic.

My mom complains about jobs being outsourced or proritized to mexicans as well. I know its technically not about race and I've known my share of mexicans that become citizens and make a good life for themselves here, but I'm just tired of people complaining about illegal immigrants it all the damn time.

They're here, they've been here since the 80s and 90s, spreading from east coast to the west coast. Don't complain to me about it, complain to your politicians, because they're the ones letting illegals get jobs here and letting corporations are take advantage.

Im chillin with my coworker near the childrens department and this lady and her son are walking with a shopping cart, and the lady is all busy on her cell phone and accidentally bumps the sun with the shopping cart cuz he was walking in front of it, she wasn't paying attention. All of a sudden you just hear this lady flip out and go "Oh my god what the fuck is your problem" and SHOVES the cart into the son to push him out of the way, then proceeds to tell whoever on the phone how her son is being a complete pain in the ass nuisance right now.

She too was also a bitter looking woman.

-Pet peeve: Just because you are old and bitter and most likely ugly, does not mean you should take it out on your kid. You are lucky to have a kid, who would want to sleep with you, you bitter old hag.

(That s kinda what i wanted to say to this woman...)

I decided this time to speak up since i missed the opportunity to yesterday. "Miss i would appreciate it, if you did not conduct yourself this way in my store. This is the navy exchange and we have a set guideline of how our customers should conduct themselves in our store. You may be a Navy Spouse, so please do not do anything to bring shame to your husband and the United States Navy... blah blah blah..."

Im pretty sure she wanted to say something, but i kinda iced my shoulder off and went

"BAM"

Cold shoulder...

Turned around quick to help a customer.

My massive pet peeve at the moment is how the new Mario Kart Wii does not allow multiplayer circuits. I believe all of the earlier ones did, and now after each match you have to select the next course.

My advice to you is to ask the liaison officer there policy on how they handle these situations before you go off handling them on your own. The military are extremely picky about these things and you could find yourself without a job very quickly.

Again, wave to Ontario, as they send you ore, uranium, medicine,

Wave to Saskatchewan for all the beef/grain/oats that you take in

Canada keeps your country full of resources, and manufactured goods. You keep us full of laughs, because how backwards your country is.

My peeve in RL is people like this who think they know everything, but when an actual conversation comes up they refuse to properly participate and think their way is the only right way, however long the conversation/topic may drag on.

So my fire sort of blew up (it's a long, boring and complex story) and right now I have no heating and I mean NO heating and haven't had any for about 4 months now (another long, boring and complex story) which wasn't a huge problem till about 3 weeks ago but right now I'm freezing my ass off.

I have so many blankets on my bed at the moment that getting up is done very carefully, in stages and I keep burning myself cooking and washing up because I can't feel the heat until I've already burned myself.
