Hahaha. I understand. Got any video of your acting work? I'd love to see it. If you're not interested in sharing it with the whole forum, you could PM it. I used to do theatre when I was in high school. I kind of miss it but it's hard to commit to something like that when I'm trying so much harder to just find work right now.

Done. But most of my stuff doesn't make it in video cuz very few theatre's I act for make videos of the performances and if they do, you can't post them online.

Understandable. I have old video of myself in high school productions but I'm quite sure I'm not permitted to post that, either. Plus it's on VHS, and I'm not entirely sure how I'd go about converting it to a format suitable for YouTube uploadal. XD

Though I do have a DVD lying around somewhere that my friend made of one of our dance performances. If I can find that I'll upload and share it. It was our senior farewell dance and thus probably one of the best dances I've performed.

So a friend of a friend who works for UPS Corporate suggested I apply online at UPSJobs.com because he has some openings in his division that I'd be ideal for. Good pay, great benefits, all of that. UNFORTUNATELY, the jobs haven't been posted yet, so beyond my name and phone #, their ridiculous job site won't allow me to apply for anything or even upload a resume. I'm supposed to forward him all of my information so he can have HR locate me in the system, but I can't even get into the freaking system.

Oh lord...UPS. My son and several other people I know work or have worked for UPS. I guess its a pretty awful place to work for. I hope your division is better.

It would be for a supply chain solutions hub here. He's the VP of operations there, and it'd be white collar work, not warehouse or delivery stuff.

Not to say that there's anything wrong with blue collar stuff. It's just not in my wheelhouse.

What exactly does the supply chain for UPS consist of? I mean, it's not like they're a manufacturing company. They don't have a whole lot of physical stuff to sell when they DO sell stuff, so (in my mind) there isn't a lot of things upstream to be managed...

UPS takes longer to conduct an investigation into my missing 360 than the original shipping time, which leaves me with just my original xbox or my wife's Wii.
