Even with the kids around I don't like to be called early because I'm a fucking zombie anyway.

Well currently kids are with their dad, so yes, I do get to sleep.

But even when they are around I'm still on a slightly similar schedule just halfway awake and pretty much zombie-fied before noon.

I dislike all the other Pet Peeve threads as much as you, Mal, because the people who were doing them were doing them just to be posers.

2. People who disrespect others

3. Racists

4. People who litter

5. People who don't know how to argue without yelling, screaming, or get a temper; moreover, not being able to walk away from the situation for awhile and come back to it later.

6. People who constantly do the same short routine over and over knowing that it's annoying (example: making anonymous noises repeatedly or baming on something repeatedly)

7. Korean, Chinese, etc people who become angry at being called Asians. Korea's in Asia. China is in Asia. So what are you? Asian. If I'm wrong, slap me silly.

8. Cherries....CHERRIES! (Sorry cherry-lovers, but cherry is a no-no for me)

9. Rumors. Fake material.

10. Stinky, weird, unusual, and disturbing odors. I LOVE FRESH AIR!

11. Getting the wrong order from from a fast-food restaurant. I know they've got to work "fast" non-stop which may cause them to "flunk" at some point, but it can be frustrating. Although...I worked at McDonalds before and someone ordered breakfast. A few minutes later, he came back saying his breakfast was frozen solid. I needed a good laugh that day (also, I didn't freeze his breakfast if that's what you're thinking).

Gosh, I wish my grandkids could get shipped of some days! LOL Especially the 4 yr old....you'd think I'd say that about the 2 yr old but noooooooooooo the 4 yr old I could strangle at times!! That's ok...grandma is whipping them into shape! LOL Well not whipping but I am giving them rules and sticking to them...unlike their mother. >< They have improved so much in the last month and a half its rather amazing. She didn't have any discipline or structure in her home. And thats NOT the way she was raised either! I need a hug..... /sigh

Oh and I forgot another one >.> (I have more but can't remember).

1. People who can't admit when they're wrong. To me, it really isn't that hard. If you're wrong and someone has called you out on it, then there's nothing to deny the reality that your conclusion, accusation, statement, or whatever is wrong. I think people just feel too embarrassed when they've been called out on a false statement because the confidence they had in the statement died and now that someone has confirmed it false, they don't want to give them the satisfaction of admitting they are right.

Better that than lack of snow. Seriously, in the pitch of December/January, we get nada, nothing, squat.

If anything Murphie, you should consider yourself thankful.

My Pet Peeve: lolFlorida. All we have are Cape Canaveral, et al., and (lolAmeriacan) football teams, and I don't even like (lolAmerican) football all that much.

Oh, and speaking of lolAmerican, that leads to another Pet Peeve: patriotism. Although, I could have sworn I already ranted about that in one of the first few pages . . .

OMG this reminded me of something my husband does. (Glad there isn't a pet peeve about husbands thread...I could do 15 or so pages alone on just my husband! LOL) Yes fast food places nearly always screw up an order at some point but for some reason it happens to my husband A LOT! So for at least TWENTY YEARS I've been telling the old coot to CHECK YOUR ORDER IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE LEAVING. Glance in the bag and make sure its ok and if its not then go back through the drive thru and complain. Yes he shouldn't have to do this but since happens so often to him its better than coming home and finding out there. You see my husband has basically one emotion......anger. So when he comes home and its messed up we hear a 20 minute litany about it....if not longer. We like to call him Mr. Negativity lol
