Re: What's your favorite day/night cycle?
Honestly not that tied down anymore in terms of how I like to run through my day because I have something that screws with my sleep and haven't really done normal days in about ten years.
Perfect days start between about 4am and noon so I get plenty of daylight time (I need my sun) and don't contain more than 8 hours sleep, preferably in one lump.
I am with TheGrandMom on this one, the less sleep I can get away with the better, I want to be conscious for my life not sleeping through it.
