watch youtube (Darvoquestion lately),
store calender dates for events,
listen to my music,
watch tv shows that I downloaded,
look at the weather for where I'm going,
check the traffic,
check directions,
triangulate my location,
use it as an daily alarm clock for the weekdays only,
listen to podcasts for learning Japanese & Chinese (Japanesepod101 & Chinesepod),
use it as a flash light,
a watch,
a timer,
calculate tip and split precentages with people I eat with,
play nationstates.net,
check movie times, and watch trailers from there,
test my typing speed,
iribit.com,
read ctrl+alt+del.com,
take pictures and upload them to my flickr.com account,
price checks on merchandise,
and I think that's about it.

It's a iPhone. I did hack it before 1.1.1 and install various software for it including the Vibrating one (ibrate)

I more or less just use my phone as a timekeeper, MP3 player and alarm clock. I hardley even use it as a phone, as I only get calls every now and then, most of my chatting is face to face or over MSN.
