Instead of a sad 'farewell' episode now with bonus LIFE LESSON included, how about they just cancel it outright, make up some asinine reason like they do when they cancel most shows... and let the parents do the explaining.

Only a parent knows how mature their child is and if they're really ready for that sort of information. While its focused more at teens (the show), I'm sure quite a few younger girls watch it too.

Not that I think there's an 'age' to talk about sex. I had it all figured out by about 8 or 9. I used to sit and read encyclopedias. And my mother never treated it as OMGEVUL. But some parents are that way and would likely die of a coronary.

So to avoid further drama and angst, just off the show, the parents know what's going on, and leave it to them to explain?

As to Jamie Lynn herself, I don't care what she does. I'm not into celeb info really. I do feel a bit bad for her, seeing that she couldn't learn from her sister's mistakes, and the trouble that's caused her, but owell. The only people who should be really even 'concerned' (if you could call it that) should be the parents of children watching said show. Elsewise, rest of it isn't any of my business.
