    I'm sorry for my vulgarity yesterday

    Dear All,

    I'm sorry for my vulgarity yesterday. I did cross the line and it was not well-received. I will try to ignore negative posts in the future and not respond innapropriately. Yesterday, I just could not take anymore know-it-all smart-ass comments, so I freaked. I wish this forum was a little more open for people to talk about FFXi instead a place for advanced players to bash new ones for whatever reason...

    I don't apologize for my vulgarity. I do apologize for coming off as a 'smart ass,' but you need to learn to not get so quickly offended by what people say on the internet.

      You're right, I do need to let it go. It was late last night and I took out my tiredness out on you immaturely. Your "Know what search is?" is pretty much what got me...

            You are either referencing the original line from Independence Day or the more recent use of said line in the Infected Mushroom album entitled "The Gathering" which is rather good if you like trance--It's hard to tell which with an Erowid link at the bottom of your sig.

              Infected Mushroom album entitled "The Gathering" which is rather good if you like trance
              I happen to be a huge fan of IM. Though I do love trance, "The Gathering" has more of a psy-trancey/goa feel to it than just trance. If you're interested, I happen to have just about every IM song they've recored to date, plus an unreleased album they produced of Doors songs that got remixed with a psy-trance vibe.

              "The Gathering" has one of my favorite songs by Infected Mushroom on it, "Return of the Shadow." Great, great psy-trance song that has endless possibility to be mixed with other psy music (if you're in to live electronic mixing that is).

                  I have most of there stuff. I don't feel as though it were necessary to endlessly classify and sub-classify types of electronic music as the musicians themselves are wont to do.

                          I feel like stirring stuff up. So hey.

                          I never did understand why people treat each other differently on the internet when compared to in life. Perhaps it's due to us only reading and not realizing that their is a person behind the god damned keyboard and monitor.

                          Now, if this makes you feel better, a lot of these "know-it-all-smart-ass-remarks" comes from obese adults who can't get laid and aren't married. And if they are, they're married to another obese girl. Let's face it, if you were rich you would be with a hot chick and you wouldn't be playing Final Fantasy XI. You'd be doing things to make more money. Sounds stereotypical yes? Not only is it stereotypical, but I just didn't respect "the person behind the monitor" as I told you guys to. But hey, you guys don't care, why should I? After all, even if we do meet in life...we'll never know that we've talked here before.

                          Oh, and as evidence to my obese theory...
                          One day I was filming with a few friends for Asian Idol 2007 (yes there is one, more of a University thing though). Here we were trying to find a nice empty space to film. The only empty space we could find was a small table...occupied by an obese adult who was on his laptop. I looked over and saw him playing Dofus. My friends asked "why don't we ask him to leave?" My response was "Try, I've had smartass remarks from fat asses....chances are he's gonna give us an excuse not to leave." Some chuckled, others laughed, and a few called me a blunt bastard. So, my friend, a cute Asian female asked him nicely if we could use the table for a bit. His response: "no, I'm busy working". He was playing Dofus.

                          So, if people are pissing you off due to their 'smart ass remarks' think about this for a second. Perhaps you have a hot girl friend, are in shape, and aren't going to be one of my future patients because you're dying from some form of cardiovascular disease. Think of the little obese adult typing to you because he needs a self-esteem boost and chuckle.

                          Sure it's not always like this but...hey, you'll get less angry that way =P
